How accessible is the Strandhotel Zingst?
The hotel entrance can be reached via a ramp. There are a few steps leading into the lobby, but there is also a lift for guests with wheelchairs or walkers. The hotel has a barrier-free toilet and two barrier-free hotel rooms on the ground floor. Our bar and restaurant are also barrier-free.
Can I purchase a voucher for the Strandhotel Zingst?

What is the price for children? Are extra beds available?
We have comfortable sofa beds in the rooms that can be converted into an extra bed.
For children aged 4 to 12, we charge €69 per person, including breakfast. For guests aged 13 and over, we charge €99 per person, including breakfast.
Do you also offer a minibar?
Yes, our minibar is available to you free of charge and is replenished once a day.
Am I permitted to smoke in my room at the Strandhotel Zingst?
No, smoking is not permitted anywhere inside our hotel. This also applies to e-cigarettes. Smoking is permitted on the terraces of our bar and lobby, as well as in front of the hotel entrance.
Smoking cannabis is prohibited throughout the hotel grounds and in the hotel.
Is there free Wi-Fi at the Strandhotel Zingst?
Yes, you can use Wi-Fi free of charge in all areas of our hotel. You will receive your login details when you check in.
Are there accessible rooms at the Strandhotel Zingst?
Yes, our hotel offers two accessible rooms on the ground floor.
Can I store my luggage at the Strandhotel Zingst?
Yes, you are welcome to leave your luggage at our hotel on the day of arrival and departure.
Can I bring my pet to the Strandhotel Zingst?
Yes, your pet is welcome to accompany you to our hotel upon request. The cost is €25 per day.
You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend into the lobby, the Oyster Bar and onto the terrace. Please understand that your dog is not allowed to accompany you into the Nautica restaurant or the hotel garden.
Are there electric charging stations at the Strandhotel Zingst?
There are four electric charging stations (type 2 plug, 11 kW) in the Strandhotel's underground car park and three electric charging stations (type 2 plug, 11 kW) for cars in the Strandhotel's outdoor area. The underground car park also has charging points for bicycles with integrated batteries. In addition, there is a charging cabinet for bicycle batteries in the underground car park.
Where can I park during my stay at the Strandhotel Zingst?
You can park your car in our car park for €19 per day. Parking in the outdoor car park costs €15 per day.
Does the Strandhotel Zingst offer room service?
Yes, we offer room service at our hotel for an additional charge of €14 per order. We charge an additional €8 per drink order.

What is the OYSTER Club?
The OYSTER Club is the Strandhotel Zingst membership programme, which offers you numerous benefits when staying with us.
How can I register for the OYSTER Club?
Registration is simple and free of charge. All information on how to register can be found on the OYSTER Club website.
Opening hours
What are the reception opening hours?
Our colleagues at reception are available around the clock (24/7) to assist you.
What are the opening hours of the spa area?
Our wellness pavilion is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The sauna area is available daily from 12:00 noon during the winter season and daily from 2:00 p.m. during the summer season.
To ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing stay, we kindly ask for your understanding that the bathing area is only open to children under the age of 16 until 4 p.m. and only when accompanied by an adult. Guests aged 16 and over are permitted to use the relaxation and sauna area on the upper floor.
What are the opening hours of the Nautica Restaurant and the Oyster Bar?
Our Nautica restaurant is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (kitchen closes at 9:00 p.m.). Please reserve a table in advance.
Our Oyster Bar is open daily from 12:00 noon to midnight. Table reservations cannot be made for the Oyster Bar. The kitchen closes at 9:00 p.m.
Booking and arrival/departure
What are the check-in and check-out times at Strandhotel Zingst?
Your room will be available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you may enjoy your room until 11 a.m. Late check-out is available on request and at an additional cost.
How can I make a rebooking?
To change your booking, please contact our colleagues in the reservations department on 038232-842100 or at reservation@strandhotel-zingst.de.
