When you reach the Strandhotel Zingst, you have arrived. We are not a stopover, we are not on the route, we are where the land ends and life begins. We are the destination, not the journey. Those who stay with us are also at home with themselves and may never want to leave again.

"In the middle"

Even though we are at the very end of the Darß peninsula – and as we all know, the best always comes last – we are still right in the middle of things: between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden lagoon, in the national park, right by the pier, in the heart of the village, not only geographically, but above all: right in the middle of life.

Nordic by Nature

We are located in the far north, and most of us are from here, which we believe is a positive thing. We are straightforward and honest, do not need to polarise everything, are not edgy, but are on the edge. From birth, we have had the wide horizon before our eyes and in our minds. We do not wear our hearts on our sleeves, but they are always in the right place.

We are individual, self-confident and self-sufficient, but we also know that together we are stronger, and we value good company. We are a close-knit team and are firmly rooted in our neighbourhood. Many of our guests come back again and again, sensing that the chemistry is right here. Others would call them regulars, but we call them friends for life.

Despite our love of wide horizons and respect for other opinions, we are stubborn about one thing: a holiday hotel is there to pamper you. The spaciousness of our hotel, the enchanting tranquillity of our garden, the cosy warmth of our spa and our attentive service – we do everything we can to ensure our guests feel at home.
