What ends up on your plate comes from the heart – and changes daily. Depending on the season, the market, inspiration. Fish? Of course. Vegetarian? Naturally. The main thing is that it's fresh and homemade, always with a regional focus.

And in the morning? A breakfast that offers more: caviar, mussel rolls, fine spreads, accompanied by a selection of juices that truly deserves its name – never the same, but always something new to start the day in a special way.

Our fondue variations combine conviviality with fine dining – inspired by Zingst, the coast and the Baltic Sea.


You can choose between:

Coastal-style fondue - Strong beef stock, refined with root vegetables, red wine and coastal herbs

Cheese fondue "Alpine Baltic Sea Dream" - A creamy blend of Gruyère, Emmental and Appenzeller, melted with

White wine, garlic and a dash of cherry brandy.

Chocolate fondue "Sweet Baltic Sea Wave" - The finest dark and milk chocolate, refined with a hint of Baltic Sea salt and a dash of cream.

    In the hotel lobby, take the right-hand corridor and then continue straight ahead.

    Yes, non-hotel guests are also welcome to visit our Nautica restaurant.

  • Are there high chairs?

    Yes, please ask our service staff and we will provide you with a high chair.

  • Are dogs allowed in the restaurant?

    Dogs are only permitted in the Oyster Bar, the hotel lobby and on the terrace. We will be happy to set up a table for you in the hotel lobby for breakfast. Dogs are not permitted in the Nautica restaurant, the hotel park or by the pool. We apologise for any inconvenience.

  • Are there children's/senior portions?

    Yes, you are welcome to order smaller portions for children or seniors in our restaurant. There is a small children's menu for children.

  • Are there vegetarian/vegan dishes?

    Yes, we offer vegetarian and vegan dishes that change seasonally.
