During the day, we serve tarte flambée, burgers, waffles, fresh cakes – and, of course, oysters. In the evening, the bar becomes a stylish alternative to a restaurant: relaxed, unpretentious, tasteful. It's no wonder that we are also a firm favourite when it comes to finding pubs in Zingst – as a cocktail bar in Zingst that impresses with its style and good company.

Our fondue variations combine conviviality with fine dining – inspired by Zingst, the coast and the Baltic Sea.


You can choose between:

Coastal-style fondue - Strong beef stock, refined with root vegetables, red wine and coastal herbs

Cheese fondue "Alpine Baltic Sea Dream" - A creamy blend of Gruyère, Emmental and Appenzeller, melted with

White wine, garlic and a dash of cherry brandy.

Chocolate fondue "Sweet Baltic Sea Wave" - The finest dark and milk chocolate, refined with a hint of Baltic Sea salt and a dash of cream.

coastal barbecue

Every Saturday from 5 p.m.

At the coastal barbecue in our Nautica restaurant, numerous delicacies are grilled to perfection. Depending on daily availability, the kitchen team prepares fresh fish, Pomeranian prime beef brisket or tomahawk steak with matching side dishes, among other things. The menu varies weekly.

    Yes, dogs are permitted in the Oyster Bar and in the hotel lobby.
