For us, wellness does not end at the door of the wellness pavilion. At Strandhotel Zingst, we take a holistic approach to well-being: experiencing nature, breathing deeply and simply arriving – at your own pace, in time with the waves.
From now on, we are giving our guests the new mindfulness guide "Between Time and Sea" while stocks last. On 37 lovingly designed pages, you will find inspiring tips, small mindfulness exercises and instructions for moments of peace – both during your stay with us and at home.
Whether it's tricky logic puzzles, relaxing forest bathing instructions or Sudoku for a clear head: our guide invites you to take on new perspectives and find your own centre. A special highlight is the recipe for the winning soup from the Zingst Soup Walk 2024: a delicious carrot and mango soup with ginger cream and speculoos crumb butter, which is wonderfully easy to recreate. Creative moments are also catered for with simple origami instructions for making a crane.
Back in 2023, we collected short stories and personal tips from our beautiful region in "Zingstliebe – A Travel Guide by the Staff of the Strandhotel Zingst". With our new guide, we are now going one step further: giving yourself time for yourself. Time that lasts.
